This device represents the last generation of the high-performance integrated educational tools. The bidirectional (English <-> Serbian) dictionary contains approx. 450,000 words, including general expressions, slang and idioms, as well as medical, technical, legal and business terms. The dictionary also comprises Bosnian lexis. Advanced speech synthesis in English is able to pronounce any text, not only dictionary entries.
The phrasebook contains over 1,100 phrases in the English and Serbian languages. The phrases are divided into 12 topics which helps you quickly locate the phrase you need.

You will find out that speaking foreign language is rather easy if you have a Partner dictionary in your hands. Just type in a few letters of a word and the dictionary will automatically display words starting with these letters. When you are unsure of the proper word’s spelling, the Vector Ultima™ spell-checker will allow you to enter the word as you hear it and to choose a spelling version from the suggestions list. Besides you can record your own word or expression and its translation into the dictionary.

The device also contains an English/Serbian personal organizer, equipped with search and password security functions. The organizer includes a phone book, schedule and calculator sections. You may exchange data between your ESC400T and a personal computer to keep a backup copy of your organizer data. You may also get updated data via the Internet.

The Partner® ESC400T comprises other useful features essential for the devices of such level – an English grammar book, English irregular verbs and the list of popular American idioms.
