The motif shows the eagle of the Nemanjić dynasty, and in the eagle there is a detail from the famous painting by our most famous painter Paja Jovanović, "The Coronation of Emperor Dušan". The coronation of Emperor Dušan took place in Skopje in 1346. In the central part of the motif, Emperor Dušan is depicted with his imperial family, his wife Jelena and son Uroš, surrounded by retinue and high church bishops (Serbian Patriarch Joanikije and Bulgarian Simeon), as well as Serbian nobles and knights who pay homage to the emperor and swear allegiance to him .
