Skull Tower (tur. Kelle kulesi - Tower made of skulls) is a monument from the First Serbian Uprising, which was in retaliation by the Turkish government in Serbia built from the skulls of dead Serbian warriors, led by Stevan Sindjelic, at the Battle of Cegar. It is located 4 km from the center of Niš, on the road to Niška Banja. It is included in cultural monuments of exceptional importance for the Republic of Serbia and today it is a museum facility.
