The temple of the Holy Emperor Constantine and the Empress Jelena, dedicated to the famous emperor and his mother by the city of Nis, is located in the new part of the city, at Nemanjic Boulevard, in the park of St. Sava. Construction of the church began in 1999, setting the foundation and sanctification. Designer of the church is architect Jovan Mandic who introduced the elements of the school building school, with an unusual addition of two bell towers.
