This interesting temple is located in the village of Trnava, on the spring of the river of the same name on the slopes of Mount Jelica. It is dedicated to the Annunciation. The old monastery on which the temple was built was founded by the Nemanjićs in the Middle Ages.
The temple was rebuilt in 1554. Historically, this temple is extremely significant because it was erected in 1814 by the famous Hadzi-Prodan rebellion in which the monks actively participated. A more recent renovation was carried out in 1837. The conservation of the temple revealed only fragments of paintings.
