Nikola Tesla - Serbian genius, one of the most mystic and most famous scientists of all times

Nikola Tesla (1856 – 1943) was a Serbian-American physicist and inventor. He was born in the village of Smiljan as the son of a priest, but persuaded his father to let him study engineering. In 1884. he emigrated to the USA and was hired by Thomas Edison. After a fight with Edison he started working independently. Tesla discovered the modern alternating current (AC) electricity supply system which makes transportation of electricity across long distances possible. His patents include the polyphase system, the induction motor and the Tesla coil. These were key in the construction of the first hydro-plant on Niagara Falls. The official SI unit of magnetic flux density was named after him.

The figurine is made by 3D printing technique, from PLA material (PLA or poly (lactide) is a biodegradable thermoplastic alpha polyester produced from renewable plant resources.), FDM / FFF technology.
