He sent the piece to women from Pirot with the aim that it might be able to act as an inspiration in order to improve the work, and on that occasion he ordered the carpet to be woven for him. A woman who knew the symbolism of the Pirot carpet pattern, as a sign of respect for Colonel Rašić and gratitude for his good wishes for advancement, assembled traditional ornaments from Pirot carpet making and made a completely new pattern, which she named Rašić's plate, and then made a completely new carpet model with the name Rašić's pattern. Ćilim was sent to Rašić with the message that he will progress faster in business, that he will achieve success faster than he thinks. That came true really quickly.
